Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 5 DAYS of delivery.
Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products.
The returned items must be in new and unused condition with original packaging.
Returns are only valid for purchases made directly from our website.
How to Process a Return or Exchange
Contact us at support@seekaboo.in for a return authorization.
Provide a video of the defective/damaged product for verification.
Once approved, we will generate a return authorization and share return shipping details.
For exchanges, place a new order for the item you want, and we will authorize a return for the previous item.
Refunds
Once we receive the return, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
If 3-5 business days have passed and you haven't received a refund, contact us at support@careefy.store
Invalid Reasons for Returns

We do not accept returns in the following cases:
❌ Buyer no longer wants the item – Customers should ensure they want the product before placing an order.
❌ Change of mind after purchase – Orders are legally binding once placed.

To continue offering great value at Seekaboo, we do not accept returns or refunds for these reasons.

Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us at support@seekaboo.in within 12 hours of placing the order.
If the order has already shipped, we will be unable to stop the package.
